Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1: Purpose and Basis
To create a fair, secure, and reliable trading environment for users, encourage high-quality merchants, maintain the normal operational order of the Megabit OTC platform (hereinafter referred to as “the platform”), and protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and merchants, the platform has formulated basic trading norms for merchants and implemented a management system. This system is based on the User Agreement, Merchant Service Agreement, and other relevant platform rules or regulations. It specifies corresponding reward and punishment mechanisms to regulate and constrain the trading behavior of merchants, ensuring a high-quality service experience for users.
Article 2: Scope of Application
This system applies to users who apply through the platform to become general merchants, certified merchants, and those who actively apply to have their merchant status revoked but fail to pass the review, with their guaranteed assets still locked in the platform’s account (hereinafter collectively referred to as “merchants”). Users who register and apply to become merchants on the platform are subject to and must abide by this system until their merchant status is successfully revoked. If you do not agree to be bound by this system, please notify the platform to cancel your merchant status.
Article 3: Effectiveness
Where there are special provisions in this system, they shall be implemented accordingly. If there are no provisions in this system, other relevant platform rules shall apply.
Chapter 2: Trading Norms
Article 4: Basic Principles of Trading Compliance
Merchants must strictly adhere to basic principles of integrity and fairness in trading, such as making payments on time, releasing funds quickly, avoiding maliciously delaying orders, not placing orders with ill intent, and not arbitrarily canceling orders. High-quality merchants should be characterized by fast payments, quick releases, low complaint rates, low cancellation rates, good service attitudes, and strong service awareness.
Article 5: Basic Conditions for Trading Compliance
1.Merchants are responsible for their orders, confirming the order price and quantity; they must remove orders when they go offline or leave.
2.Merchants should be familiar with the transfer regulations of various banks and complete transfers efficiently within the order’s valid time.
3.Upon receiving payment from the buyer, merchants should promptly verify the amount and real-name information and release the funds quickly.
4.Merchants may submit a complaint order if the counterparty fails to release the funds in a timely manner. Malicious complaints due to disputes with the counterparty are prohibited.
5.Merchants should have a strong service awareness and good service attitude, respond promptly, and use polite language.
6.Merchants should respect the platform’s customer service personnel.
Chapter 3: High-Quality Merchants
High-quality merchants are selected monthly. The top five merchants in the rankings for the month will receive rewards from the platform in the following month.
Article 6: Ranking Rules
The platform will rank merchants based on the following metrics and publish the rankings in the merchant channel:
Metric |
Transaction Amount |
Number of Transactions |
Complaint Rate |
Cancellation Rate |
Release Time |
Weight |
30% |
15% |
25% |
15% |
15% |
Scoring Method:
•Transaction Amount Score: 100 points for a monthly transaction amount of 20,000 USDT.
•Number of Transactions: 100 points for 100 transactions in a month.
•Complaint Rate: 100 points for less than 3 complaints in a month; otherwise, 0 points for this item.
•Cancellation Rate: 100 points for a monthly cancellation rate of less than 5%; otherwise, 0 points for this item.
•Average Release Time: 100 points for an average release time of within 5 minutes; otherwise, 0 points for this item.
Example: If Merchant A has a monthly transaction amount of 10,000 USDT, 80 transactions, 4 complaints, a cancellation rate of 4%, and an average release time of 3 minutes, then Merchant A’s overall score would be:
10000/20000*100*30%+80/100*100*15%+0+100*15%+100*15%=15+12+0+15+15=57
The scoring method will be adjusted according to actual conditions.
Article 7: Reward Rules
