2. What Services Do Merchants Receive?
•Advertising Services: As a merchant, you will have the right to publish ads.
•One-on-One Service: To enhance trading efficiency and resolve any issues with dispute orders, we offer exclusive one-on-one service for merchants.
•Exclusive Marking: Your interface nickname will display a distinctive marker.
•Other: The platform may introduce new products or services for merchants at any time and may also adjust or upgrade existing products and services.
3. Are There Any Fees for Merchants?
Becoming a merchant is free, but you are required to deposit a certain amount of margin. After you cease being a merchant, the margin will be refunded to your account.
4. How to Set Up Payment Methods
On the WEB homepage, click “Buy Coins,” enter the custom trading section, and select to add a payment method to set it up.

5. How to Post an Advertisement?
Navigate to “Buy Coins” in the navigation bar — enter the custom trading section — go to Ad Management — input the ad information — verify and click “Post Advertisement.”

6. How to Remove and Repost Advertisements?
Go to “Merchant Management” and click on Ad Management. You can quickly view basic information about all ads, such as ad ID, price, remaining quantity, etc., and choose to remove or repost ads according to your preferences.
7. How to Handle Transactions?
When a user responds to an ad, you will see the order information under [Orders Management] in [Pending] in Merchant Management. You will also receive a notification in the message center and via SMS.
•For Purchase Orders: Make the payment within the specified time. After payment, click “I Have Paid”; once the user confirms receipt of the funds, click “Confirm Receipt” to release the funds. Ensure that the payment account is the verified account of the other party and that the payment account and amount are correct.
•For Sale Orders: After the buyer makes the payment, confirm receipt of the funds within the specified time. Once confirmed and the amount is correct, find the order and click “Confirm Receipt” to release the funds.
If you have any issues with the order, please promptly file a complaint. The platform will intervene and handle it.
8. How to File an Order Complaint?
The platform recommends that you first contact the user to attempt to resolve the issue. If unresolved, find the order in Order Management, click [Complaint], describe your issue in detail, and upload relevant screenshots. The platform will process your complaint as soon as possible.

9. Number of Ads Allowed
Both buyers and sellers can post up to two ads each, totaling four ads.
10. Ad Ranking Rules
Our ad ranking rules are: Online merchants first - Price priority - Certification priority. If prices are the same, certified merchants will rank higher. If all are certified, ranking is based on factors such as transaction rates and number of transactions.
11. Ad Quota
The quota for ads is determined by your margin and merchant level. The total quota for all your ads cannot exceed your maximum limit. You can increase your ad quota by adding more margin or applying to become a certified merchant.
12. What is Trading Margin? In What Situations Will Margin Be Deducted?
To ensure the safety and smoothness of your transactions on the platform, merchants must deposit and lock a certain amount of margin in their platform-exclusive account after passing identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. The specific amount and asset type requirements may vary depending on your nationality and ad publishing permissions on the platform. The exact details are based on the information displayed in your merchant certification.
