To further enhance the liquidity of certain trading pairs and help users better manage their positions and respond to market fluctuations, Megabit Exchange will adjust the funding fee settlement cycle for certain trading pairs.

Effective Date of Adjustment:

October 1, 2024, 00:00 (GMT+8)

Funding Fee Settlement Cycle:

• The current funding fee settlement time is once every 8 hours (at 00:00, 08:00, and 16:00 GMT+8). After the adjustment, the funding fee settlement time will change to once every 4 hours, i.e., at 00:00, 04:00, 08:00, 12:00, 16:00, and 20:00 (GMT+8) each day.

Funding Fee Calculation Method:

• The formula and rate standards for funding fees will remain unchanged. Users can check the specific rate details on the trading page.

• The collection and payment of funding fees will continue to be settled based on the direction of contract positions (long or short).

Special Reminder:

• After the adjustment takes effect, please arrange your trading plans accordingly to avoid any unnecessary losses due to the change in funding fee settlement frequency.

• The adjustment only affects the funding fee settlement time, while other trading and settlement rules remain unchanged.
