Processing Plan for Affected Trading Pairs Orders During Maintenance Period:
1.Profits Valid: Orders with profits during the maintenance period will be settled normally.
2.Loss Compensation: If your order incurred a loss on any of the affected trading pairs between 21:18 on January 26, 2025, and 00:53 on January 27, 2025 (UTC+8), you can apply for compensation.
Application Method:
Please send an email to the official customer service email: help@megabit.vip, and include the subject “2025 January 26 System Exception Loss Compensation Application.”
The email should include the following information:
• User UID
• Order ID
• Trading screenshot (showing key information such as open/close time and prices)
• Brief explanation of the loss situation
